Jackfruit is an excellent meat substitut when it comes to texture! After you bake it, it’s basically tasteless, ready to be transformed into so many things! All vegan of course!
So for the 3rd recipe for Jackfruit Week, I decided to make vegan pulled chicken! It’s so damn versatile!
You can use it in a white lasagna with béchamel sauce, on a salad, in a burger with slaw, on nachos, with rice and veggies, etc!
I decided to serve mine on a pizza with my béchamel sauce recipe, brocoli, red onion and red cabbage.
