Soft Tofu Scramble
A tofu scramble that is as soft as real scrambled egg!
Grape seed Oil
vegan chicken broth OR vegetable broth
Or more to taste
Freshly Ground Pepper to taste
Heat a pan on Med-Low heat.
Add oil if using, and crumble the tofu over the pan, either with your hands, or using a spatula or fork.
Add the broth and remaining ingredients.
Combine the tofu and spices well so that it’s evenly coated.
Cook until most of the liquid is absorbed, 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve warm as desired. Will keep in the fridge for at least 5 days in an airtight container.
