Greek inspired skewers for the BBQ! You can also bake the marinated tofu if you do not have a BBQ!
If you do not have a BBQ or do not use it because it’s not healthy, don’t worry, you can bake the tofu! I tried it last night, and it becomes super crispy and has the same awesome taste from the marinade! But personally, I prefer the BBQ method because I love the burnt pieces!
This greek tofu can be enjoyed many ways! In a pita bread with hummus, garlic sauce or tzatziki, on top of a salad with olives and a greek dressing. On top of pizzas to replace chicken. OR, my absolute favorite, with a creamy garlic sauce over pasta with chopped grilled veggies. I will probably turn this into a recipe soon, because this pasta dish was amazing!!!!
So anyway, I tried this tofu many ways, and it’s all amazingly delicious!
So next time you go to a BBQ, bring these marinated skewers to grill! You won’t feel left out eating a boring salad, and chances are if people taste these, they”ll stop hating on tofu for good!
