This recipe is super easy, it sets pretty quickly in the fridge, and it tastes like heaven! Also, it adds a wonderful color to any dish!
How can you use this cheese? On so many things! Like lasagnas, pizzas, salads, burgers, sandwiches, on crackers, on fresh french baguette, with veggies etc.
I am in love with with this cheese, and it’s the perfect kick to add to my summer meals!
Are you drooling yet? I am totally drooling and exercising self control not to go get a piece form the fridge!
