You can eat this a lot of different ways. For example, I sometimes serve this with peanut butter on top. Most times, I serve these with fresh fruit and maple syrup! If you feel naughty, you can even add peanut butter or chocolate chips or both to the pancake batter! The possibilities are endless, but you can always keep it super simple! It’s really good as is, even without syrup or anything on the pancake!
